摘  要:通过对宝钢ORD-S矿进行流态化还原研究,探讨了温度、金属化率、气流线速、添加剂的加入量等因素对ORD矿粉粘结的影响.ORD矿粉的最佳还原工艺参数:粒度【0.1524mm矿粉,还原温度700~800℃,线速度0.6m/s,氢气含量60%,最优的白云石加入量为铁矿粉量的2%,防止粘结的效果最好.The fluidization process of Baosteel ORD-S ore concentrate was investigated.Many influential factors on the adhesion of ore,such as temperature,ration of metal,gas velocity and added amount of additive were also studied.The best reduction process parameters on ORD iron ore were obtained as follow:the size of iron ore below 0.1524 mm,reduction temperature between 700 and 800℃,gas velocity of 0.6 m/s,and content of hydrogen of 60%,and for the best effect to prevent the powder from adhesion,the addition of dolomite should be 2% of the whole of concentrated iron ore.
