摘  要:为提高8407模具钢的抗熔损性能,先对试样表面进行热浸渗铝处理,然后在纯O2气氛、570℃的条件下进行氧化,使试样表面形成Fe-Al-O的混合氧化物.通过理论分析和对渗铝氧化处理后的试样进行熔损实验比较,结果表明,8407模具钢先在750℃下浸镀10min,然后在570℃、纯O2气氛条件下氧化15h,Fe-Al合金表面生成了氧化膜.这层氧化膜与铝液不润湿,可使内部基体得到保护,提高模具的使用寿命.Aiming at improvement of the anti-melting-loss property of 8407 die steel,the treatment of hot dipping aluminizing was carried out for its specimen surface,and then oxidation treatment at 570℃ and pure oxygen atmosphere to form a film of Fe-Al-O spinel on the surface of specimen.The process parameters were analyzed by theory,and the melting-loss test was carried out for the oxidized specimen.The results showed that an oxide film formed on the Fe-Al layer after aluminization for 10 min at 750℃ and subsequent oxidation for 15 h under the condition of pure oxygen and 570℃.Such a film was not wettable with liquid aluminum alloy and could increase the service life of casting die by protecting steel substrate.
