摘 要:针对涟钢100t钢包底吹氩搅拌过程中钢液喷溅所造成的钢液二次氧化以及对渣线砖区域包壁腐蚀严重的现象,在实验室以1:3建立钢包水模型进行模拟研究,考察其底吹透气元件的个数及布置方式、吹氩流量对搅拌效果和侧壁冲刷的影响.结果表明,透气元件越靠近包壁,搅拌效果越好,但对包壁冲刷越严重.在相同喷吹位置的情况下,采用双透气元件吹氩可以有效的减小钢液对包壁的冲刷,且搅拌效果也优于单透气元件.The molten steel splashes seriously during the bottom argon blowing in 100 t LF of Lianyuan Steel Company,which results in the secondary oxidation of molten steel and wall corrosion of LF around the slag brick line regions.A water model was established at 1:3 in the lab to investigate how the number and layout of ventilation devices and flow rate of bottom blowing argon impact the mixing time and corrosion around the slag brick line regions.The results show that the closer the nozzle to the wall of LF,the better the mixing effect,but the worse corrosion also takes place.Additionally,when the nozzle works at the same distance,double nozzles can reduce the corrosion effectively compared with that of single nozzle.And its mixing effect is also better than the single nozzle.
