摘  要:在120tAOD炉水模型装置上研究了侧顶复吹AOD精炼过程中侧吹气流的反冲现象.以特制的防水压力探头和YD21型动态电阻应变仪连续监测反冲频率和压力,由SC16A型光线示波器记录反冲波.结果表明,顶枪气流的存在并不改变侧吹气流反冲的基本特征.对复吹过程中侧吹气流的反冲,主枪气流对其起决定性作用,副枪气流有一定的抑制和缓解效应;顶枪气流使其频率降低,作用较均匀,并使其强度和单位时间内平均脉冲总数增大;熔池液体的循环运动也是引起侧吹气流反冲的一个重要原因,但其效果不同于纯侧吹过程的情况;由浮力引起的侧吹气流反冲强度的增幅比纯侧吹下要小;给定侧枪数和侧吹气量下,合宜增大枪间夹角利于缓解侧吹气流的反冲.本工作条件下,采用7枪22.5°或6枪27°时,反冲压力和单位时间内平均脉冲总数较低,反冲作用较弱.The back-attack phenomenon of horizontal gas streams in a combined side and top blowing was investigated on a water model unit of 120 t AOD converter.The back-attack frequency and pressure were continuously measured by a dynamic resistance strain-meter of YD-21 model with an anti-water pressure sensor made specially.The back-attack wave was recorded with a light-beam oscilloscope of SC16A model.The results showed that the presence of a gas top blowing jet did not change the basic features of the back-attack.On the back-attack in a combined blowing,the gas streams from the main tuyeres played a dominant role,and the subtuyere streams showed a certain alleviation and suppression effect.The gas top blowing jet could make its frequency decrease and its action more uniform,and its intensity and the total average pulse number in per unit time rise.The circulatory motion of the liquid would also be another reason to cause the back-attack,but its effectiveness was different from that in a side blowing.The increased amplitude of the back-attack intensity resulting from the buoyancy was smaller than that in a side blowing.At a given tuyere number,suitably increasing the angle between each tuyere would be advantageous for alleviating the back-attack.Under the conditions of this work,using 7 tuyeres with 22.5° or 6 tuyeres with 27° could provide a lower back-attack pressure and average pulse number,and the back-attack was weaker.
