摘 要:考虑到侧顶复吹条件下液体的流场是侧吹和顶吹气流共同作用的结果,作为首次尝试,分别建立了纯侧吹和纯顶吹条件下AOD熔池内钢液流动的三维数学模型,由两者的合成给出了该精炼过程中熔池钢液流动的数学模型.在该模型中,按双流体模型处理了气液两相流,并采用了修正的k-ε双方程模型;视顶枪气流在熔池液面形成的凹陷面为旋转抛物面,相应的液相湍流以标准k-ε模型估算之.给出了各有关的细节.Considering that the flow field of liquid in a combined side and top blowing would be a combined result from the common actions of the side and top blowing gas jets,as the first attempt,the three-dimension mathematical models of the liquid flow in an AOD bath in the simple side and top blowing were developed,respectively;and the mathematical model of the liquid flow in the refining was given by composition of the two models.In this model,the gas-liquid two-phase flow was treated in terms of the two-fluid model;the especially modified k-ε model was employed.The surface of the sunken pit formed by impact of the gas top blowing jet at the centre of the bath surface was regarded as a revolutionary paraboloid,and the standard k-ε model was used.The related details were showed.
