摘　　要：以某住宅楼工程为例,详细描述了其基础砌体裂缝的分布规律及形态特征,对裂缝宽度、砂浆强度进行了现场检测,并在此基础上对裂缝成因进行分析,最后给出了此类裂缝的防治措施,以供工程施工参考。Crack is a universal technical problem in structures.In the paper based on a residential building,distribution and characteristics of cracks in foundation masonry are described in detail,crack width and mortar strength are inspected on-site,and on this basis to analyze the causes of the cracks.Then,these are given crack prevention measures for construction information.
