深圳既有工业建筑改造为创意园的探讨——两个案例的分析和比较

摘　　要：对深圳市近期两个引人注目的案例:华侨城地产的OCT-LOFT创意文化园和蛇口招商地产的南海意库进行分析比较。这2个项目都是把既有厂房进行改造,实施功能转换成为了创意园。虽然二者都在可持续发展方面获得了成功,但是二者改造的策略并不相同。With the fast growing economy in Shenzhen,industry structure had to be upgraded and the layout of industry to be adjusted.Some existing industrial buildings were converted into creative industry park.Recently in Shenzhen,there are two cases:OCT-LOFT creative industry park in OCT,and Nanhai E-Cool creative industry park in Shekou.Both are successful in sustainable development,however,their strategies of conversion are different.The two projects are analyzed by comparing with each other at length.
