摘  要:现行《建筑抗震设计规范》和《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》中引用了多项计算指标用于描述高层结构的不规则程度和结构整体性能,如刚重比、扭转位移比和周期比、相邻楼层刚度比和受剪承载力比等。分析上述性能指标的适用性和存在的局限性,对于体型不规则的复杂超限高层结构,有时在计算上述性能指标时会存在很多问题,因此,对于复杂超限高层结构仅按现行规范、规程进行设计尚不能保证其抗震设计的安全。20世纪90年代美国工程界提出的基于性能的抗震设计(PBSD)方法,已引起我国工程界的普遍关注,并在复杂超限高层结构的抗震设计中逐步得到应用。在总结已有研究成果的基础上,针对复杂超限高层建筑结构的特点,根据结构超限类型和超限程度不同,提出抗震性能目标的选用原则及相应的计算要求和实施方法,并结合常州凯纳商务广场、浙江新世界财富中心、宁波环球航运广场、温州鹿城广场等超限高层建筑的抗震设计,介绍基于性能的抗震设计(PBSD)方法的应用情况。There are many indexes to describe the whole performance of tall buildings in 'Code for seismic design of buildings' and 'Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building',for example,stiffness-weight ratio,torsional displacement ratio and period ratio,story stiffness ratio and ratio of shearing resistance capacity and so on.The applicability and limitation of these indexes are analyzed,especially to irregular tall buildings beyond the code-specification.It′s hard to calculating them correctly and the calculation results cannot guarantee the safety of high rise buildings even if they meet the demands of the code.The performance-based seismic design(PBSD) method is proposed in USA in 90′s,20th century,and it has been gradually applied in structural design of tall buildings beyond the code-specification in our country.This paper presents that how to select the performance objectives and how to carry out the performance-based seismic design according to the Code-exceeding types and degrees of high rise buildings.Applications of the PBSD method on some engineering projects,such as Changzhou Kaina Plaza,Zhejiang New World Wealth Center,Ningbo Global Shipping Plaza,and Wenzhou Lucheng Plaza,are also introduced.
