摘 要:干砌甩浆砌筑方式是东南沿海地区石砌体常见的砌筑方式,其灰缝抗震抗剪强度是石结构抗震性能评估最重要的参数。为研究石墙的通缝抗剪强度及计算方法,开展了28片粗料石干砌甩浆石墙试件的通缝双剪试验,主要研究参数包括砂浆强度和压应力。通过试验检验了干砌甩浆承重石墙的灰缝的受力特点、破坏模式、抗剪强度及滑移变形性能。试验结果表明,干砌甩浆石砌体灰缝的受力过程可分为弹性耗能和摩擦耗能两个阶段;压应力不仅能够延缓灰缝裂缝的出现,而且能够较大幅度地提高灰缝的抗剪强度。在试验数据基础上分析了砂浆强度、压应力和砌筑质量等因素对灰缝抗剪强度的影响,并基于正交试验分析了这些因素对抗剪强度的影响程度。通过对试验数据的统计回归,提出了干砌甩浆石砌体通缝抗剪强度的计算公式,计算值和试验结果吻合良好,可供石结构抗震性能评估参考。The shear strength of mortar joint is one of the most important parameters to estimate the seismic behavior of stone masonry buildings.Twenty-eight stone wall specimens fabricated with dry-laid method were tested under double shear loading to investigate the shear strength and calculated method of stone masonry walls.The main parameters are mortar strength and normal compressive stress.Based on the test results,the shear behavior,failure mode,shear strength and deformation behavior of mortar joint were analysed.It is indicated that the resistant process of the specimens consists of two stages,i.e.elastic energy dissipation stage and frictional energy dissipation stage.The crack of the mortar joint is postponed and the shear strength of the mortar joint increases remarkably because of the normal compressive stress.The effect of mortar strength,compressive stress and fabrication quality to the shear strength of mortar joint is analyzed based on the test results and the influence degree is also estimated using orthogonal experimental analysis.The calculation method of shear strength of 'dry laid' stone walls is proposed based on the statistic study of test results.Calculation results show good agreement with the test results and can be referenced for seismic assessment of stone masonry structures.
