摘  要:乌兰煤矿综放工作面所采的3#煤层具有自然发火倾向,因采空区垮落高度和空间体积较大,单靠注凝胶或灌浆难以有效控制火区。采取注氮防灭火可抑制煤炭的氧化自燃,利用抽放本煤层的废弃钻孔、采过的石门密闭及下隅角向采空区注氮,形成N2惰化带,可抑制采空区煤炭自燃,达到了防灭火的目的。The fully mechanized caving face in 3# coal seam in Wunan Mine has a tendency to spontaneous combustion,gel injection or grouting alone can not effectively control the fire area due to large caving height and space of the gob.Fire Prevention and Control by nitrogen injection can inhibit the oxidation and spontaneous combustion of coal.Using the abandoned drainage holes in the coal seam,the bulkhead after the crosscut and the lower corner angle to inject nitrogen into the mining area and thus form a nitrogen inerting belt,which can inhibit the spontaneous combustion of coal in the gob and achieve the fire extinguishing effect.
