摘  要:改善焊接接头宏观形貌及内部晶粒形态、减小晶粒尺寸,成为提高焊接接头性能的重要途径.通过对不同外加纵向磁场强度作用下,GTAW焊接不锈钢接头宏观形貌及显微组织的分析研究,得出在外加直流纵向磁场作用下,焊缝凝聚金属偏向一侧堆积,当磁场强度为5 mT时,由于电磁搅拌作用最明显,焊缝组织明显细化,最后对其机理进行了分析.Controlling macro-morphology and reducing the size of the grains is considered as an important way to improv the properties of welding joint.Through macro-morphology and microstructure analysis of welding joint in GTAW welding applied by different external longitudinal magnetic intensity,it was found that the welding pool metal accumulated to one side when the pool was rotated in one direction by external longitudinal magnetic field,and grains were refined effectively by electromagetic stirring when 5 mT magnetic intensity.Finally the mechanism was analyzed.
