摘  要:以实验室自制的无机P型半导体CuI纳米粉体、导电聚合物PEDOT/PSS及乙腈为原料,制备了PEDOT/PSS-CuI复合电解质及纯CuI固体电解质进行对比。通过X射线衍射(XRD)对CuI粉体的晶形进行了分析,用四探针电阻仪测定了电解质薄膜的电阻率,测试了染料敏化太阳能电池的性能。结果表明:当CuI在PEDOT/PSS中添加量为20%时,PEDOT/PSS-CuI复合电解质组装电池的性能最好。且PEDOT/PSS-CuI复合电解质的性能稳定性要优于纯CuI固体电解质。The PEDOT/PSS-CuI composite electrolyte and pure CuI solid state electrolyte were prepared with CuI nano-powders、PEDOT/PSS and acetonitrile. Crystal structure of CuI powder and resistance rate of electrolyte film were investigated by the X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and four probes resistance rate instrument.The performance of DSSC was measured by UVSP respectively. The results indicated that the best performance of the PEDOT/PSS-CuI composite electrolyte was obtained when the optimal addition of CuI was 20% and the stability of this solid state DSSC was better.
