摘 要:采用聚乙二醇-600(PEG-600)改性丙烯腈-衣康酸二元共聚的聚丙烯腈(PAN)纺丝液,并通过湿纺制备出初生纤维。通过接触角测试、光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)研究了PEG-600用量对PAN树脂亲水性、初生纤维横截面形貌、晶态结构的影响。结果表明,PEG-600用量为0.1%时,与未加PEG-600的样品相比,PAN树脂的亲水性降低,初生纤维的横截面仍为非圆形,皮芯结构增强,结晶度降低,晶粒尺寸变大;PEG-600用量为0.3%~0.5%时,与未添加PEG-600的样品相比,PAN树脂的亲水性较未加PEG-600的样品的亲水性增加,初生纤维的横截面为圆形,皮芯结构减弱,结晶度降低但比PEG-600用量为0.1%样品的高,晶粒尺寸与PEG-600用量为0.1%样品的相同。Spinning solution of acrylonitrile-itaconic acid copolymer was modified by polyethylene Glycol-600. The nascent fibers were produced by wet spinning. The influence of PEG-600 content on the hydrophilicity of the PAN resin,the cross section structure and crystal structure of the PAN nascent fibers were characterized by contact angle,optical microscope,scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that,when the PEG-600 content was 0.1%,compared with the PAN resin without PEG-600,the hydrophilicity of the PAN resin decreased,and for the nascent fibers,the cross section was also non-circular,the skin-core structure enhanced,the crystallinity decreased,the crystal size largened; when the PEG-600 degree was 0.3%~0.5%,compared with the PAN resin without PEG-600,the hydrophilicity of the PAN resin increased,and for the nascent fibers,the cross section was circle,the skin-core structure weakens,the crystallinity decreases but increases compared with the nascent fibers with 0.1% PEG-600,the crystal size was the same to that of the nascent fibers with 0.1% PEG-600.
