摘 要:以硅烷偶联剂KH-560对纳米TiO2进行表面处理,应用亲油化度值测试和分散稳定性测试方法得到表面改性的最佳实验条件为:KH-560的添加量(占纳米TiO2的质量百分比)8%,温度70~78℃,时间5h。采用适当的乳液聚合工艺,制备了纳米TiO2/聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液,对表面处理后的纳米TiO2及复合乳液进行表征后证实,硅烷偶联剂以化学键的形式键合在纳米TiO2的表面,TEM照片有力地证明了在复合乳液中纳米TiO2均匀地分散在苯丙乳胶粒中。The nano-TiO2/styrene-acrylic resin composite emulsion was synthesized by in situ emulsion polymerization in the presence of nano-TiO2 particles,which were modified by silane coupling reagent KH-560. It was obtained the appropriate condition of surface modifying that was the amount of KH-560 8%(weight of the nano-TiO2),temperature 70~78℃ and 5 hours by the testing means of dispersion stabilization and lipophilic degree.The results indicated that the chemical binding and the physical adsorption between KH-560 and nano-TiO2 occured during the modification reaction by fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). And the morphologies of the composite emulsion were confirmed that nano-TiO2 was encapsulated in the composite emulsion.
