摘 要:将多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)在硝酸中回流纯化,使用不同类型的表面活性剂将纯化后的MWNTs功能化分散,再将其加入到聚乙烯醇(PVA)和聚氧化乙烯(PEO)物理共混纺丝溶液中进行静电纺丝。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱仪(IR)、X衍射射线仪(XRD)和分光光度计等对纯化和功能化分散的MWNTs以及得到的超细纤维进行表征。结果表明,通过硝酸回流纯化处理,MWNTs的杂质被去除,晶格结构变得更加完整。在超声波作用下,十二烷基硫酸钠使纯化后的MWNTs在水溶液中具有较好的分散稳定性。进行功能化分散的MWNTs的加入使静电纺超细纤维的平均直径减小。After being purified with nitric acid,the multiall carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) were functionalized with different type of surface-active agent and then dispersed in PEO/PVA system to electrospin. We analysised the purified and surface functionalized MWNTs and the ultra-fine fiber by SEM,IR,XRD and spectrophotometer. The results showed that,through the purification of nitric acid,impurities were removed,the lattice structure became more complete. Under the ultrasonics,the purified MWNTs could be further functionalized successfully by SDS.Functionalized MWNTs was added to make the electrospun fiber average diameter was decreased.
