摘  要:冷弯型钢冷弯效应随着钢板或钢带的厚度不同而不同,我国现行冷弯薄壁规范中考虑冷弯效应的强度设计值的计算方法,是针对厚度小于等于6mm提出的。通过从厚壁冷弯内卷边角钢截取平板、临近弯角以及弯角板件进行材料力学性能试验,研究厚壁冷弯型钢冷弯效应对钢材强度的影响。根据板件试样的实测数据,将我国现行冷弯薄壁型规范中考虑冷弯效应的强度设计值的计算方法进行修正,提出厚壁冷弯型钢考虑冷弯效应强度提高的设计公式,并通过轴心受压构件试验,将试验值与修正公式计算值进行对比分析。The effect of cold-formed procedures to cold-formed steel members is different with different thick of steel plate or steel strip.The design method of cold-formed steel members considering the strengthening in Chinese code is proposed when the thickness is less than or equals 6mm.In order to study the effect of cold-formed procedures on strength,the mechanical property tests are developed on the plate of flats,adjacent corners and corners,which are intercepted from cold-formed thick-walled lipped angles.According the dates results of test,advice on improving the formula is proposed,which is used to design the member(t≤6mm) in China,and the design method of cold-formed tick-walled steel members considered the strengthening is proposed,at the same time,the results of the axial compression column’s tests and the results of the calculation method are compared and analyzed.
