摘 要:通过对1951-2005年吉林省区域性霾现象气候特征的诊断分析,结果表明:霾主要集中在50、60年代,70年代开始骤减,霾被记成烟或轻雾是近二三十年来吉林省霾骤减的主要原因之一;霾主要出现在冬半年(10-3月),约占总数的80%,峰值集中在11-1月;霾的空间分布与地形特征及城市化进程的加快密切相关,吉林省东部盆地及中部城区是霾(或烟霾)天气的高发地区。通过对霾天气形势场及气象要素场的综合分析,建立了吉林省烟霾天气的预报方程及判别指标,并在2007年冬季(2007年11月-2008年2月)吉林省烟霾天气预报中加以应用,效果较好。Based on the climatic statistical characteristics of haze data from 1951to 2005 in Jilin province,the results showed that the high frequency of haze occurred in 1950~1960s,and reduced obviously after 1970s.One main cause of haze decreasing in recent 20~30a was that haze was observed as smoke or light fog.About 80% of the haze phenomenon occurred mostly in winter(October^March),especially from November to January.The spatial distribution of haze was closely related to the topography and urbanization.High frequency of haze(or smoke haze) was distributed in the east basins and central cities.According to multiple analysis of weather situations and meteorological factors of haze,the forecast indexes and approaches of smoke haze weather in Jilin province were built and were applied well in routine forecasting of smoke haze during the winter in 2007(November 2007-February 2008).
