摘　　要：目的观察评估社区中西医干预对皮肤瘙痒症的防治效果。方法对我院其中4家社区健康中心共5个居委会342例单纯性瘙痒症进行社区干预,以健康促进和疾病管理并用。分为对照组,医院皮肤科门诊治疗;治疗组,社区干预基础上,治疗1组,西医治疗;治疗2组,中西医结合治疗;治疗3组,以中药、针刺、穴位注射等中医治疗为主。比较各组疗效。结果治疗1周后比较,社区治疗各组症状减轻优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3月疗效及复发率优于对照组(P<0.05);且各组疗效存在差异。结论社区干预治疗皮肤瘙痒症疗效满意,中医治疗耐受性较好。Objective To observe and evaluate the effects of community interventions on cutaneous pruritus.Methods Community interventions involve health promotion and disease management have been taken for 342 patients with cutaneous pruritus in our community.Comparing group,just be treated routinely;treated groups,use community interventions,Group1 plus western method;Group2,plus integrated traditional and western medicine;Group3,only plus herbs and acupuncture/point injection.Results The treated groups showed significantly effect on reducing pruritus and recurring rate(P<0.05);The effects of three treated groups are in somewhat different.Conclusion Community intervention & treatment to cutaneous pruritus patients is good and the patients tolerant traditional medicine better.
