摘　　要：目的探索并完善发热门诊的最佳人员配置管理办法,为发热门诊的常态化管理奠定基础。方法针对发热门诊人员配置特点、配置原则、方法以及排班方法等方面进行了详细总结。结果人员配置的科学管理实现了发热门诊的工作安全、有效的运转。结论发热门诊随着疫情的变化,工作量和危险性都随着发生变化,科学合理的配置人员,是发热门诊管理中的强有力保障。Objective To explore the reasonable disposition of crew working in fever out-patient clinic,so as to build up experiences for normalized management of fever out-patient clinic.Methods Retrospective summary on the characteristics,principals,methods of crew disposition and Scheduling ways.Results It was the scientific management of crew disposition made the process work smoothly and efficiently.Conclusion The workload and degree of dangerous of the fever out-patient clinic would constantly change with the change of status of the diseases.So,scientific disposition of crew is very important for managing prodecure.
