摘 要:为了借鉴国外抗震规范的先进经验,选取我国GB 50011—2001《建筑抗震设计规范》(2008年版)、GB 50010—2002《混凝土结构设计规范》和美国ASCE/SEI 7-05《Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Struc-tures》、ACI 318M-05《Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete and Commentary》,从分项系数设计表达式的相当安全系数的角度,对中美规范混凝土结构基本构件抗震承载力验算的安全度设置水平进行计算分析和比较,获得中美抗震规范混凝土结构基本构件抗震承载力验算安全度设置水平差异的定量数据。相当安全系数的计算结果表明,我国规范混凝土结构基本构件抗震承载力验算的安全度设置水平总体上比美国规范的偏低一些,其中属于延性破坏的正截面受弯构件和大偏心受压构件,截面抗震承载力验算的安全度设置水平平均偏低8%~12%左右;属于脆性破坏的斜截面受剪构件和小偏心受压构件,截面抗震承载力验算的安全度设置水平平均偏低19%~23%左右。建议我国规范今后修订时,对混凝土结构基本构件截面抗震承载力验算的安全度设置水平宜作适当提高。In order to learn from the the advanced experience from the foreign seismic codes,with our GB 50011—2001(Version: 2008)<Code for Seismic Design of Buildings>,American ASCE/SEI 7-05<Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Structures>,and ACI 318M-05<Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete and Commentary> selected as research material,this paper calculates and compares the safety level set of the seismic bearing capacity of basic components checked for concrete structures in the Chinese and American codes from the aspect of comparative safety coefficient of the partial safety factor design expression,and obtains the quantitative data evaluating the difference in the safety level of the concrete structural components seismic bearing capacity between Chinese and American codes.The calculation results of the comparative safety coefficient indicate that the safety level of seismic bearing capacity of basic concrete structural components in Chinese code is generally lower than that in American code.For members with normal section in bending and those under large eccentric loading,whose failure pertain to ductile failure,the average difference in the safety level of sectional seismic bearing capacity checking between Chinese and American code is approximately from 8% to 12%;For members with oblique section in shear and those under small eccentric loading,whose failure pertain to brittle failure,the relavant average difference is approximately from 19% to 23%.Therefore it is suggested that the safety level set of the seismic bearing capacity of the basic concrete structural components should be improved when revising the Chinese code.
