摘 要:现行混凝土结构设计方法是基于小尺寸构件的试验研究建立起来的,但混凝土结构存在尺寸效应现象,由此导致其对于大尺寸构件设计的科学性与合理性有待进一步研究。使用北京工业大学结构试验中心的40000kN多功能压力机,进行钢筋混凝土柱轴心受压性能尺寸效应的大比尺试验研究。按照相似关系设计3组正方形截面钢筋混凝土柱试件,其几何尺寸分别为:200mm×200mm×900mm、400mm×400mm×1800mm、600mm×600mm×2700mm。在试验基础上,对比分析各试件的破坏特征、极限承载力、应力-应变曲线。结果表明,在一定的尺寸范围内,随着钢筋混凝土柱几何尺寸的增加,其按现行规范计算公式所得承载力值更接近相应的试验实测值,即承载力计算公式的可靠性降低;钢筋混凝土柱轴心受压的峰值应变随其几何尺寸增大而减小。The existing concrete structure design is based on the study of small-size components.As a result of the size effect of concrete structures,whether it is scientific and rational to design large-size component of that type should be further studied.The experiment on size effect of the reinforced concrete column under axial loading was carried out in the multifunction press with ultimate load of 40000kN.Specimens were designed in accordance with the relevant similarity,whose geometric dimensions are:200mm×200mm×900mm,400mm×400mm×1800mm and 600mm×600mm×2700mm.Based on the result of the experiment,the failure characteristics,ultimate strength and stress-strain curves of various specimens were comparatively analyzed.The results show that,within a certain size range,with the geometric size increasing,the carrying capacity of the reinforced concrete column calculated in the standard formula from the current code is closer to the corresponding carrying capacity experimental value,which reduces the reliability of the formula;the peak strain of reinforced concrete columns under axial loading reduces with the geometric size increasing.
