摘 要:通过对5根矩形截面钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯性能试验研究,分析外贴碳纤维布对不同配筋率、剪跨比和预裂混凝土梁的破坏形态、刚度变化、极限承载力、变形能力和裂缝开展情况的影响。试验结果表明,外贴碳纤维布可以明显提高钢筋混凝土梁的极限承载力和变形能力,延缓混凝土裂缝的发展,并使得加固梁的整体刚度显著提高,加固效果明显。对于预裂加固梁,外贴碳纤维布加固后其抗弯承载力和延性均有所降低。试验梁的原始配筋率越大,加固后梁的抗弯承载力提高的越明显,而且其变形能力也显著提高;同时,试验梁的剪跨比越小,预裂加固后承载力提高越明显,但延性却有所降低。最后对碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁的正截面承载力进行理论分析和推导,建立实用的理论计算公式,理论计算结果与试验结果符合较好。The experimental investigations carried out on five RC bending beams strengthened with external bonded CFRP sheets subjected to monotonic loading were presented in this paper.The variables in the test include the longitudinal tensile reinforcement ratio,the shear span ratio and whether precracked or not.The research focused on the effect of using CFRP sheets on the failure modes,rigidity,ultimate strength,deformability and crack development.Experimental results showed that the flexural capacity,rigidity and deformability of the beams strengthened with CFRP sheets had been obviously increased,and the flexural capacity and ductility were decreased when the beam had been precracked in advance.The flexural capacity and deformability were being strengthened with the increasement of the reinforcement ratio.Furthermore,the strength of the strengthened precracked beams was increasing with the decrease of the shear span ratio,but not fit for the deformability.Finally,an effective theoretical formula was proposed since the flexural capacity of the RC beam strengthened with CFRP had been theoretically analyzed and the results showed that good agreement was achieved with the experimental data.
