摘  要:基于Fortran语言和AutoCAD二次开发工具(ObjectARX),自编软件程序实现大跨度薄膜结构找形分析。此类结构在平均风压数值模拟中仍存在3个难点问题:①形状复杂,难以准确模拟曲面;②建模耗时巨大;③流体计算得到的风压数据点与结构有限元分析中的节点不一致,数据传输困难且不精确。因此,应用小面模型模拟大跨度薄膜结构张拉成形后的复杂形状,编制AutoCAD与ANSYS、CFX5的数据接口程序,实现全自动化的薄膜结构平均风压数值模拟技术。以芜湖体育场为算例,快速得到平均风压分布并与已有文献的风洞试验结果对比,二者吻合较好。在此基础上,研究看台结构对薄膜结构屋盖平均风压分布的影响。Based on Fortran language and AutoCAD secondary development technology(ObjectARX),the forming analysis of long-span membrane structure is achieved by self-made software.There are three technical problems in the numerical simulation of mean wind pressure acting on the structures,①The surfaces are hard to simulate due to complex membrane shape;②establishing numerical model is time consuming;③data transmission is difficult and inaccuracy because data points of wind pressure are inconsistent with the nodes in the finite element analysis.So the surface shape of long-span membrane structures after form-finding is simulated by applying facet model.By means of the data exchange interface program between AutoCAD and ANYSYS,CFX5,full automatic simulation technology of mean wind pressure on the membrane structure is developed.Wuhu stadium is analyzed as a study case.The mean wind pressure distribution is obtained and has good agreement with the results of wind tunnel experiment.The characteristics of wind pressure distribution on membrane roof structures are discussed by considering grandstand structures.
