摘  要:针对夏热冬冷地区气候特点、用能特点,对本地区近几年建筑节能实践过程中只注重外墙保温隔热的做法提出了思考与质疑,为此提出研究模型,采用静态能耗分析方法对这一问题进行分析验证。研究结果表明,不做任何保温时,能耗通过外墙主体部分散失的约只占15%~20%,通过外墙窗户散失的约占10%~15%,即外墙总体耗能约占总能耗的30%,内部围护构件的耗能则约占总能耗的70%,因此建筑节能应做到内外围护构件的保温隔热措施兼顾并重;而当前夏热冬冷地区的建筑节能工作片面强调外墙保温隔热的理念抛开了本地区用能特点、气候特点的特殊性,存在一定的偏失,甚至是一种误区。基于间歇式、分室用能特点,对夏热冬冷地区的建筑能耗开展基础性研究,可为本地区建筑节能工作的推进提供研究方向。The Phenomenon that in recent years,emphasis was only been put on the external wall thermal insulation during the building energy efficiency practice in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone has been thought and question because the climate and energy use features of this zone was been neglected.The paper put forward the Research model and daopts the static energy analysis method to analyse and validate the question.The results show that Energy loss through the exterior wall main part accounts for about 15% to 20% of the total,and through the External windows accounts for about 10% to 15%.That is to say the overall energy loss of external energy accounts for about 30% of the total and the internal building envelope accounts for about 70%.So during the building energy efficiency practice,not only the external wall but also the internal building envelope are the same important in thermal insulation.However,neglecting the regional peculiarities of climate and energy use,it is a misunderstanding that the external wall thermal insulation is overemphasized at present.Based on intermittent and loculose energy use characteristics,basic research on the building energy consumption in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone has been carried out in the paper.The research direction for pushing the building energy efficiency practice in the region has also been point out.
