摘 要:可再生能源的开发与利用已经成为我国建筑节能领域研究的热点问题。通过对寒冷地区房间太阳能热风采暖分析,提出一种新型的太阳能空气集热器,使其与相变储能墙复合采暖,目的是提高太阳能的利用率,节约传统能源。运用差示扫描量热分析仪(DSC)对不同比例的癸酸和月桂酸混合物的相变温度和相变焓值进行测试,选择在室内舒适温度范围内具有高潜热和合适相变温度的混合比例,用于相变蓄热。白天由太阳能空气集热器加热室内空气,热空气通过相变墙后进入室内,相变材料蓄热;夜间相变墙辐射换热加热室内空气,相变材料放热。系统试验结果显示:①太阳能利用率达到30%以上,晴朗的白天,室内温度可达15~16℃(未加入辅助热源),满足采暖的基本要求;②将相变材料布置在内壁可以使室内的温度波动变小,从而得到更好的热舒适性。此采暖系统运行安全可靠,能显著提高室内温度,降低室内温度不均衡度,具有一定的应用前景。Renewable energy development and utilization have become a hotspot issue of the building energy efficiency field study.Through analyzing the solar air heating in the cold region room,we put forward a new kind of solar energy air collector,and made it compositing with phase change wall to heating.It is a purpose to improve the utilization of solar energy and save the traditional energy.The transition temperature and latent heat of the different proportion of the Capric acid and Lauric acid mixture are tested by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),choosing in indoor comfortable temperature range mixture ratio with high latent heat and suitable phase temperature,and using phase change storage.In a daytime,solar energy collector heats indoor air,hot air through the phase change wall to enter indoor,and phase change materials heat storage.In a night,phase change wall through radiation heats indoor air,and phase change materials release.The system experimental results show that:①solar energy utilization can reach above 30%,in a sunny day,indoor temperature is 15~16 ℃(not aid auxiliary heat),it meets the basic requirements of heating;②decorating phase change materials at the wall indoor,it can make indoor temperature smaller fluctuations,thus obtains a better thermal comfort.The heating system is safe and reliable operation,can significantly improve the indoor temperature and reduce indoor temperature disequilibrium and has certain application prospect.
