摘 要:研究溶解氧、温度对亚硝酸盐积累的影响,以及SND对去除总氮的贡献率。实验表明,复合式MBR对晚期垃圾渗沥液处理有很好的处理效果。在不同运行阶段,分别从反应器中的混合液和生物膜上采集样品,提取样品的微生物总DNA,进行PCR扩增,进行变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)。结果表明,在反应器运行初期微生物群落结构变化较大,在整个反应器运行过程中,微生物群落多样性较高。The effects of dissolved oxygen,temperature on nitrite accumulation,and the contribution of SND to total nitrogen removal were studied.The results showed that the removal effect of Hybrid MBR Process for late landfill leachate was good.In the different stages,the samples were collected respectively from mixed liquor and biofilm of a MBR.DNA was extracted from the six samples,then 16SrDNA fragments were amplified from the total DNA,and then were used for denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE)analysis.The results indicated that a noticeable change took place in microbial structure in initial stages.In the whole operation,bacterial community structures are higher.
