摘　　要：该工程新的使用功能需将原结构居中的1根框架柱拔掉。设计中采用混凝土框架梁、柱增大截面法,同时框架梁双向跨度变大且形成十字梁。施工中遵循"先加固、后拔柱"的原则,首先对基础注浆加固,对梁、柱分别采用水泥基灌浆料、混凝土增大截面,再行拔柱。The construction of new features needs to remove one frame column.The consolidation beam and column design is given by using cross-section increment in the engineer,and extends for the frame beam of the original structure to form cross-beam.Abide by first strengthening then removing the concrete column in construction,first the foundation is reinforced by pressure grouting technology,beams and columns were used cement-based grouting material and concrete to increase cross-section,then remove the frame column.
