摘 要:徐州某火电厂水泵房建成于20世纪70年代末期,由于服役时间较久,构筑物已有一定劣化、破损。考虑到水泵房后续使用的安全性,对该构筑物主体结构的工作环境、外观质量、钢筋混凝土构件的混凝土碳化深度及抗压强度、钢筋分布和保护层厚度、钢筋锈蚀等进行了全面的检测,并依据相应的检测结果及规范对其主体结构进行了设计复核。在此基础上,对水泵房主体结构的安全性进行了综合评定,并提出了相应的修复加固与维护建议,可供同类工程参考。Water pump house of a thermal power plant was built in Xuzhou at the end of 1970s.A certain degree of deterioration and damage has occurred to the structure because of the long service time.Taked the subsequent use of safety into account,the main structure was completely detected.The detection content included service environment,appearance quality,carbonation depth and compressive strength of concrete,distributions of reinforcement and cover thickness,steel corrosion ratio and so on.A design check about the main structure was made according to the corresponding detection results and standards.On these basis,the safety of the main structure of water pump house was comprehensively assessed,and some suggestion about repairing,reinforcement and maintenance was provided.It can be referred by similar engineering.
