摘　　要：某下沉式广场在施工过程中遭受暴雨袭击,造成地下室不均匀上浮,最大上浮量为191mm。针对该工程事故,分析了上浮和开裂产生的原因,制定了相应的加固处理方案。重点介绍了采用预应力锚杆以消除变形差异在结构内部产生附加内力的方法,取得了预期的效果。A basement of sunken plaza was subjected to rainstorm during the construction period,which made the basement float unevenly,and the maximum floating value was 191mm.The causes of floating and cracking were analyzed,and reinforcement programs were made accordingly.Prestressed anchors were used in order to eliminate additional internal force,which was generated by uneven deformation,and expected effects were obtained.
