摘　　要：因结构本身的复杂性,高层建筑斜坡面外墙、楼板切割及后期加固改造难度很大。通过对天津某实际工程的拆除工作,认为施工中应认真执行工艺标准,并通过现场实际调查,结合施工图纸,确定切割拆除顺序,编制可行性施工方案。在对上部结构有效支顶卸荷的前提下,按"楼板→次梁→主梁→柱"的顺序逐层、分段地安全切割拆除施工。Due to the complexity of the structure,the outer wall,floor of high-rise building on the slope surface was very difficult to cut and strengthen.The technology standards in construction should earnestly implement was determined.Through on-site an actual survey,combination of construction drawings,the order of cutting removals,construction scheme was prepared.On condition that the superstructure were practical supported and unloaded,in the order of floorsecondary beam-main beam – pillar,layer-by-layer and sector-by-sector to cut it in safety.
