摘　　要：豫中地区既有居住建筑存在保温隔热效果差、能源损耗大等问题,通过节能改造必要性分析,提出建筑外围护结构热工性能的评价方法。针对既有建筑的特点及节能改造的特殊性,例举一些节能改造方法,并对外围护结构改造前后的主要热工参数进行对比,通过对比结果,节能改造取得良好效果。The problems of bad thermal insulation effect and large energy consumption exist in existing residential building in He’nan province.By analyzing the necessity of energy-saving trarsformation,authors put forward the evaluation method for the thermal performance of building’s external envelope.According to the characteristics of existing building and the particularity of energy-saving transformation,some energy-saving retrofitting measures are put forward and main thermal performance between before and after external envelope transformation are compared.The results show that good energy-saving transformation effect is gained.
