摘　　要：控制价的合理性是招投标活动顺利进行的前提,也是日后项目管理的基础。针对招标控制价确定的合理性展开讨论,旨在维护计价规范的权威性,营造规范的工程量清单计价环境。It is obviously that reasonable bid-controlling price is the prime duing the bid,and the foundation of construction management afterwars.The aim of discussion about the resonality of bid-controlling price is to stand for the authority of the code,and create good environment of carrying out the code.
