小麦秸秆粘结剂燃烧特性的试验研究

摘  要:利用热分析仪研究了小麦秸秆和小麦秸秆粘结剂的TG-DTG曲线和TG-DTA曲线的特征。结果表明:小麦秸秆制成粘结剂后,其主要成分仍为纤维素、半纤维素和木质素。部分半纤维素发生水解,使得粘结剂中的固定碳含量相对加大,燃烧速率增加。另外,制备粘结剂时添加剂的加入量将会影响型煤的发热量。The TG-DTG curves and TG-DTA curves of wheat stalk and its binder were investigated by the thermogravimetry.The results indicated that when the wheat stalk were made wheat stalk binder,cellulose,hemicellulose and xylogen were basis.And some of hemicellulose were hydrolyzed,so as to the content of fixed carbon comparatively increased,and its burning speed also increased.In addition,the calorific capacity of briquette were influenced when the additive were entered.
