摘  要:文章设计了以活性炭/异丁烷为工质对的直接再生吸附制冷装置,建立了吸附床换热系数计算模型,分析了换热流体流量和床层空隙率变化对直接再生吸附床层传热特性的影响。结果表明:吸附床的换热系数随流体流量增加先增大后稳定不变;水的流量低于15L/h或异丁烷流量低于1200L/h时,随着空隙率增大,床层换热系数逐渐减小;水的流量大于15L/h或异丁烷流量大于1200L/h时,随着空隙率增大,床层换热系数维持在最大值不变。An adsorption refrigeration system regenerated directly which used activated carbon/iso-butane as working pair was designed,the heat transfer coefficient calculation model of the adsorbent bed was established,the influences of heat transfer fluid flow and voidage of the bed on the heat transfer characteristics of the adsorbent was investigated.The result showed that: with the improvement of the fluid flow,the heat transfer coefficient increased and then reached to stabilize,when the water flow below 15L/h or the iso-butane flow below 1200L/h,the heat transfer coefficient decreased gradually while the voidage of the bed added;if the water flow above 15L/h or the iso-butane flow above 1200 L/h,with the increase of the voidage,the heat transfer coefficient maintained at the maximum.
