摘　　要：有机磷农药毒死蜱广泛的应用于农业,因此毒死蜱在蔬菜、土壤以及水体中的残留检测越来越受到重视,文章对目前常用的毒死蜱主要检测方法紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱法和气相色谱法的原理、优缺点及适用范围进行了介绍,为从事农药残留量分析的检测与研究人员提供参考。Organophosphorus pesticide chlorpyrifos is widely used in agriculture,so the testing of chlorpyrifos residue in vegetables,soil and water become more and more attention,the main current detection methods of chlorpyrifos commonly used such as UV spectrophotometry,high performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography,and the principles,merits and demerits were briefly in this paper.Give the researchers in pesticide residue analysis as a reference.
