摘 要:采用超声提取-同步荧光法测定了龙岩市区不同功能区土壤中的多环芳烃(PAHs)。结果表明,闽西监狱良种繁殖园土样中含有苯并[a]芘和荧蒽,龙洲工业园土样中含有苯并[a]芘、荧蒽、苯并[k]荧蒽、咔唑和艹屈,龙岩三德水泥厂土样中含有苯并[a]芘、荧蒽、菲和蒽。该法简便快速,无需对混合物进行分离,就可实现多组分的同时鉴别和定量测定。方法的检出限在0.052~12.37ng/mL,标准偏差为0.017~4.12,此方法用于分析闽西监狱良种繁殖园土样、龙洲工业园土样和龙岩三德水泥厂土样中的多环芳烃取得良好效果,回收率分别为68.15%~99.28%、75.40%~109.9%、78.31%~103.1%。Supersonic extraction and synchronous fluorescence spectrometry was applied to determining polycyclic aromaic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in oil samples in different function region in Longyan City.The results show that PAHs in the prison Minxi seed breeding garden soil were mainly dominated by benzo[a] pyrene and fluoranthene,in the Long-zhou Industrial Park in soil were mainly dominated by benzo[a] pyrene,fluoranthene,benzo[k] fluoranthene,carbazole and chrysene,in the Longyan sande cement plant in the soil were mainly dominated by benzo[a] pyrene,fluoranthene,the Philippines and anthracene.The method is simple and rapid,and could easily identify and quantitative determine the multi-component simultaneously without pre-separate procedures.The detection limits were generally between 0.052 and 12.37ng/mL,and the standard deviations were 0.017~4.12.By using this method,real samples were determined directly and good results were obtained.The recoveries in prison Minxi seed breeding garden soil、Long-zhou Industrial Park and Longyan sande cement plant were 68.15%~99.28%、75.40%~109.9%、78.31%~103.1%.respectively.
