摘　　要：我国的工程环境监理仍然处于起步阶段,环境监理管理体系尚不完备。文章介绍了我国工程环境监理的产生与发展、概念范畴、主要内容,梳理了工程环境监理的主要任务、工作性质及与其它部门的关系,重点对其工作依据、程序、方式、管理模式、组织结构及对人员素质的要求、工作制度等加以总结,强调了对监理机构的资质管理。最后,提出了当前工程环境监理存在的主要问题和初步解决方法。Engineering environmental supervision in China is still at its preliminary stage,and it lacks a systematic policy framework.The origin,development status in China,definition,category and main content of engineering environmental supervision were reviewed in this paper,and its major tasks,positions and relationship with other departments were summed up.Furthermore,its working bases,procedures,modes,management patterns,organization structures,requires of personnel quality and working rules were summarized,and qualification management of the supervision enterprises was emphasized.Problems existing and primary solutions were brought forward at last.
