摘  要:采用电晕放电和催化结合的方法进行室内空气净化研究。提出一种新型的电晕放电方式,即针阵列电极结构的直流电晕放电。以新型电晕放电为核心技术形成空气净化装置,桌面实验得到高效去除悬浮颗粒物和可吸入颗粒物,有效灭活疱疹病毒,有效降低多种有害化学气体。同时应用试验也显示一致的结果,在短时间内使室内空气中颗粒物浓度、空气自然菌菌落数和多种有害气体浓度达到国家标准。因空气中电晕放电同时产生少量的O3和NO2,以及有害气体在等离子体放电反应中形成气溶胶和其他有害副产物,结合采用MnO2为活性成分的催化剂,有效降低O3和NO2等有害副产物。最终形成一种升级版空气净化器,等离子体和光催化耦合降低气体污染物,针阵列电极结构电晕放电收集气溶胶颗粒,MnO2催化剂去除有害副产物。In this work,corona discharge combining with MnO2 catalysis was applied to indoor air cleaning. Firstly,DC corona discharge with needle-matrix electrode structure was proposed. Using this kind of corona discharge as core technology,a device of air cleaning was developed and utilized. In both bench-scale test and application test,the results have shown that this device can remove suspended particles and even inhalable particles with high efficiency,and inactivate airborne bacteria and reduce multiple harmful chemical gases effectively. Meanwhile,the concentrations of indoor air particles and airborne bacteria were reduced to the national standards of China as well as multiple harmful gases. However,a little amount of ozone and nitrogen dioxide was generated in corona discharge. Catalyst using MnO2 as its active component was adopted to reduce these byproducts efficiently. In addition,aerosol and other undesirable byproducts may also be generated when the harmful gases are treated. Finally,an upgrade indoor air cleaner is proposed,i. e. plasma-photo catalysis coupling(PPC) is used to reduce gaseous pollutants,needle-matrix electrode structure corona discharge to collect aerosol particles,and MnO2 catalyst to reduce undesirable byproducts.
