摘 要:采用颗粒活性炭厌氧生物流化床处理某农药厂生产废水。研究了AFB反应器在中温(30±2)℃条件下处理农药生产废水的性能,实验表明:在进水pH为7.0~7.5,水力停留时间为4h,回流量控制在使活性炭处于流化状态下,当进水COD浓度1400~2000mg/L,COD去除率达到44.99%~86.72%,有机容积负荷达12.08kgCOD(/m·3d);并初步研究了废水中氮元素去除的机制。The granular activated carbon anaerobic fluidized bed was used to treat pesticide wastewater. The characteristic of anaerobic fluidized bed reactor was studied. The experimental result demonstrated:When controlling the COD concentration between 1400 to 2000mg/L,the influent pH at 7.0 to 7.5,HRT of 4h,the reflux to keep the activated carbon in a fluid state,and the temperature at(30±2) ℃,the removal efficiency of COD could be 44.99%~86.72% and the organic volumetric loading could reach 12.08kgCOD(/m3·d) . Furthermore,the removal mechanism of nitrogen was studied preliminarily.
