摘　　要：计算机犯罪是目前较为普遍的一类犯罪,其技术性强、破坏性大,要打击和遏制这类犯罪,计算机司法鉴定有着不可取代的作用。本文针对用户本地计算机的相关操作行为进行分析,提出用户行为相应的鉴定方法,为计算机司法鉴定规范制定提供参考。Computer crime is one kind of common crimes,which has characteristics of strong technicalness and destructiveness.To fight and restrain such crimes,computer forensic plays an irreplaceable role.This article analyzed the local operation behavior of computer user,proposed the identification of the corresponding user behavior,to develop specifications of the computer forensic for reference.
