摘　　要：近几年国内电子数据取证领域发展迅速,从技术到产品研发都有较大的进步,然而,在电子数据取证的系统化、标准化的培训及认证方面仍然是个较大的空白。如何建立一直高素质的执法队伍,如何快速提高整个执法团队的技术实战水平,如何实现培训及认证的标准化,都是我们一直关注和研究的问题。本文介绍了从美亚信息安全学院的电子数据取证培训及MCE认证体系建设实践中得出的一些经验总结。In these recent years,digital forensic research and development has moved forward rapidly and got important achievements in China.However,training and certification of digital forensics is still in poor situation.We are doing related research and focusing on how to setup law enforcement team which can carry out crime scene investigations following the procedures and rules of digital forensics,also can effectively analyze digital evidence.This paper describes our practical experience on the implementation of systematic training and certification for digital investigations.
