摘　　要：针对我国农业生产中具有指导面宽、农户分布散、生产过程长、技术要求高、信息发布传播慢等特点,提出一种以新一代智能手机作为信息终端.结合手机普及率高、携带方便、操作简便、低成本的优点,综合采用J2ME、信息网络、无线通讯和数据库等多种技术的基于智能手机的农业信息服务平台设计.通过移动设备和移动网络,使用灵活、便捷、普及率高、低成本的技术手段指导农业生产,为农业生产管理提供新的信息服务载体.For guiding China's agricultural production in breadth,farmers scattered,the production process long,technically demanding,information dissemination slow characteristics,the paper proposes a new generation of smart phones as information terminals,combined with high mobile penetration and easy to carry,simple,low cost,integrated with J2ME,information networks,wireless communications and database technology and other smart phones based agricultural information service platform.Mobile devices and mobile networks,the use of flexible,convenient,high penetration,low-cost technological means to guide agricultural production,agricultural production management of new information service carrier.
