摘  要:建立中药卷柏中特征性成分总黄酮及穗花杉双黄酮的快速含量分析方法,比较其在不同卷柏中的含量差异.采用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法分别测定总黄酮和穗花杉双黄酮.以总黄酮提取量为考察指标,用正交方法优选最佳提取工艺.总黄酮和穗花杉双黄酮质量分数分别为:垫状卷柏2.85%、0.81%;细叶叶卷柏2.48%、0.31%;薄叶卷柏4.02%、0.33%;深绿卷柏3.50%0、.34%;江南卷柏为3.72%、1.86%.结论:该方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,总黄酮和穗花杉双黄酮在不同品种间差异较大.Objective:To develop a rapid method for the content determination of total flavones and amentoflavone in five Selagingella,and compare the difference of flavone contents in Selag inellagenus.Methods:Content determination of total flavones and amentoflavone in 5 genuses of Selagingella by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and HPLC.The optimum of extraction technics was investigated by orthogonal design method with contents of total flavones as monitor.Results:The content of total flavones and amentoflavone are 2.85% and 0.811% in S.pulvinata,2.48% and 0.331% in S.labordei,4.02% and 0.325% in S.delicatula,3.5% and 0.336% in S.doederleinii,3.72% and 1.863% in S.moellendorfjj,respectively.Conclusion:This method is simple,quick,sensitive,reliable and stable.The contents of total flavones and amentoflavone are obviouslly various with different species of Selaginella.
