摘　　要：当今,原油洗舱技术在油船中得到了广泛应用,原油洗舱的安全操作在海事安全和防污染中扮演着重要的角色.通过对原油洗舱特点的介绍和主要风险及其应对措施的分析,探寻对原油洗舱便捷高效的海事监管途径.Nowadays,crude oil washing has been widely applied on crude oil carriers,and the safe operation of crude oil washing plays a significant role in maritime safety and pollution prevention. The paper tries to explore convenient and efficient approaches of maritime supervision and administration on crude oil washing by the way of introducing the characteristics and analyzing of the major risks and the countermeasures.
