摘  要:在深度脱硫的前提下,更多地保留高辛烷值的烯烃组分,并使烯烃高选择性地向芳烃转化以维持产品汽油的辛烷值。以La-ZSM-5作为芳构化催化剂,高加氢脱硫选择性的N i-A l2O3作为脱硫催化剂,采用先芳构后脱硫的两步工艺组合顺序对全馏分流化催化裂化汽油进行加氢改质。在优化的工艺条件下,改质后产品汽油可以达到国Ⅳ标准。在改质过程中由于2种催化剂分别装填在不同的反应器中,因此可以根据原料组成的变化分别调节2种催化剂的工艺条件,始终保持良好的整体改质活性,维持系统的长时间运转。Under the prerequisite of deep-desulfurization,olefin content with large research octane number(RON)would be retain and high-selection change to aromatic that the RON of production will be maintain.With La-ZSM-5 as aromatization catalyst and Ni-Al2O3 with high-selection for hydrodesulfurization as desulfurization catalyst,two step process applying the sequence that aromatization followed by desulfurization,hydrotreatment is performed for hydro-upgrading of full-range fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) gasoline.On the upgrading process optimization,after hydrotreatment,the quality of production gasoline realizes Phase Ⅳ standards in China.Due to two catalysts are loaded in the different reactor,the condition of process for different catalysts would be adjust by change of feedstock composition,by which the system would longtime run with well activity.
