摘 要:以硫酸预处理四川马边高镁磷矿为背景,建立了磷、镁脱出的动力学模型。同时采用响应曲面法(RSM)分析了pH、反应温度以及磷矿粒度对磷、镁脱出率的影响。通过化学脱镁前后的磷矿进行湿法磷酸萃取的对比实验,结果表明磷矿经脱镁处理后能显著提高其分解率和萃取料浆的过滤强度。In this study,based on the background of magnesium removing from the Sichuan Mabian phosphate ore by sulfuric acid,the kinetic models for magnesium and phosphorus removals from ore are set up.The response surface methodology(RSM) is used to analyze the effects of pH value,reaction temperature and particle sizes of phosphate ore on the removing rate of magnesium and phosphorus from ore.Comparing the decomposition experiments of phosphate ore with magnesium removal and untreating ore,the results show that the decomposition rate of phosphate rock and the filtration strength of the final slurry could be significantly increased when the phosphate ore with magnesium removing are used in the raw materials.
