摘  要:对乙烯生产过程中的主要副产物C9芳烃资源的开发前景进行了简要概括,系统总结了C9芳烃资源的生产现状、C9芳烃资源的用途及C9芳烃资源的深加工工艺,进一步展望了C9芳烃资源的开发前景及经济价值;提出采用精馏集成技术、通过多股连续侧线出料精馏和萃取精馏相结合的方法提取C9芳烃资源中的三甲苯馏分,为歧化反应生产二甲苯提供原料;建立多股连续侧线出料精馏装置,考察各种因素对分离结果的影响,在优化条件下,可以将加氢C9芳烃资源中的三甲苯含量提高到90.88%,收率为76.49%;建立萃取精馏装置,采用单级循环气液平衡装置测定气液平衡数据,筛选出最佳的萃取溶剂,考察各种因素对分离结果的影响,在优化条件下,可以将加氢C9芳烃资源中的三甲苯含量提高到98.63%,收率为92.64%,萃取溶剂可再生、循环使用。The prospect of C9 arenes which are the important byproducts in the production of ethylene is briefly summarized in this paper.The present status,application of C9 arenes and its production technologies are introduced.At the same time,the prospect and the economic valuablity are presented deeply.The method which combines continuous sides distillation with extractive distillation is adopted to refine trimethylbenzen fraction from C9 arenes,which can be used to produce dimethylbenzene.Experiment apparatus of continuous sides distillation was set up,and the influences of experiment process was studied.Under the optimal conditions,the content of trimethylbenzene is enhanced 90.88% from hydrogenation C9 arenes,and 76.49% yield can be achieved.Experiment apparatus of extractive distillation was also set up,and vapor-liquid equilibrium data was received by single stage gas-liquid equilibrium apparatus.The best solvent,glycerin,was selected by the measurement of vapor-liquid equilibrium data.In the optimal condition,the content of trimethylbenzene is enhanced to 98.63% from hydrogenation C9 arenes,and 92.64% yield can be achieved.The solvent,glycerin is used circularly.
