摘　　要：随着社会经济对矿产资源需求的不断扩大,矿产资源的种类不断增多,矿产资源管理的内容也随之不断丰富,已有的管理理念明显滞后于矿业的发展。本文以非传统矿产资源的概念和研究领域为出发点,分析了非传统矿产资源的发展现状,阐述了非传统矿产资源与传统矿产资源之间的关系,以及以非传统矿产资源理念指导矿产资源管理的内在必然性,探讨了在非传统矿产资源理念下矿产资源管理的发展方向,目的是创造性的进行矿产资源管理工作,从而保证矿产资源为经济社会发展提供强有力的物质基础和保障。As an increasing demand for mineral resources,the mineral resources categories also rise,which, consequently,leads an update in the mineral resources management.The existing management concepts lag behind the mining industry.This paper,based on the non-traditional mineral resources concept,analyzes the development status, expands the relation between non-traditional and traditional mineral resources,discusses the necessity of using nontraditional mineral resources concept to manage the mineral resources,and reveals the future management,aiming at an innovative mineral resources management,which provides a strong guarantee to social and economic development.
