云南省不同品种和产区烤烟中钾含量的差异分析

摘　　要：为掌握云南烟叶钾含量的特征情况,对2004～2008年全省12个烤烟种植区的8727个烤烟烟叶样品的不同产烟区和不同主栽品种烟叶中的钾含量进行了统计分析.结果表明:云南省烤烟上、中部位烟叶样品的钾含量(w,下同)绝大部分在1.0%～2.5%之间,下部烟叶样品的钾含量绝大部分在1.5%～3.0%之间;钾含量的平均值上部为1.63%、中部为1.80%、下部为2.13%.部位间烟叶钾含量差异达显著水平,下部叶钾含量显著高于中部叶,中部叶显著高于上部叶.各部位烟叶样本钾含量在州市间和品种间均存在一定的差异.地州间钾含量总体是普洱市、保山市和临沧市相对较高;昭通市、丽江市和楚雄州相对较低,差异达显著水平.云南4个主栽品种烟叶钾含量上部、中部叶是红大和K326显著高于云烟85和云烟87,云烟85和云烟87差异不显著;下部叶则是K326和云烟87显著高于云烟85和红大,云烟85和红大差异不显著.In order to understand the characteristics of potassium content of tobacco in Yunnan,the potassi-um content of flue-cured tobacco in different production areas and varieties were studied based on 8 727 samples from 12 locations,four varieties and from 2004 to 2008 in Yunnan.The results showed that:the most of top and middle flue-cured tobacco leaves potassium content were 1.0% ～ 2.5%,the potassium content in lower tobacco leaves of the vast majority samples were between 1.5% ～ 3.0% .The upper,middle and lower tobacco leaves av-erage potassium content was 1.63%,1.80%,2.13%,respectively.The flue-cured tobacco potassium content difference reached significant level among different position,lower leaf potassium content was significantly higher than the central leaf,middle leaf was significantly higher than the upper leaves.Potassium content of leaf samples of various parts existed certain difference in different prefectures and varieties.In the whole,the potassium content in Pu'er,Baoshan and Lincang was relatively high,Zhaotong,Lijiang and Chuxiong was relatively low,difference reached significant level.Four cultivars of tobacco in Yunnan,potassium content in the upper and middle leaf of Hongda and K326 were significantly higher than Yunyan 85 and Yunyan 87,Yunyan 87 and Yunyan 85 were no significant difference.That of the K326 and the Yunyan 87 of lower leaf were significantly higher than Yunyan 85 and Hongda,the difference between Yunyan 85 and Hongda was not significant.
