摘 要:从对菌体的保护作用、菌剂在土壤中的活菌量变化以及菌剂对西瓜枯萎病的防治效果与对西瓜幼苗的促生效果测定3个方面,研究高岭土、壳聚糖和几丁质作为生防菌非致病尖镰孢Fusarium oxysporum Fo47菌剂填料的可能性。结果表明,3种填料对生防菌Fo47具有一定的抗紫外线辐射作用和良好的热保护作用。在4℃条件下储存半年,各处理的活菌量是对照的100倍以上。在土壤中,3种填料对菌体均有良好的保护作用和一定的释放效果,其中壳聚糖和几丁质处理在施用60d内可增加土壤中菌体含量,说明其与菌体之间有良好的兼容性。3种菌剂对西瓜苗期枯萎病的防效分别为42.31%、65.39%和57.68%,均高于单纯Fo47菌体的防效;同时对西瓜幼苗均具有不同程度的促进生长发育的作用;其中,壳聚糖处理的菌剂防效与恶霉灵相当,其促生作用最好。表明高岭土、壳聚糖和几丁质作为生防菌Fo47菌剂的填料具有一定的应用前景。Use of kaolin,chitosan and chitin as possible formulation filler of non-pathogenic Fusarium oxysporum strain Fo47 was investigated in respects of protection,survival in the soil and the protection of watermelon blight.Results showed that the three formulation fillers were favorable to resist heat and UV.The number of viable propagules stored at 4 ℃ was at least 100 times more than that of CK after six months storage.The three materials released Fo47 propagules easily,among them,chitisan and chitin could increase the viable propagules within 60 days,indicating that they kept compatibility with Fo47.The three biological agents had good control effects on watermelon blight,which were 42.31%,65.39% and 57.68%,respectively,also they had growth-promoting effects.The control effect of chitosan treatment was comparable to that of hymexazol.The results showed that kaolin,chitosan and chitin could provide an application prospect as possible formulation filler of strain Fo47.
